Clear and colourless, the soft mouth reaffirms the hints of fresh flowers and undergrowth already hinted at on the nose.

Barbon is a frank and young Piedmontese grappa, without frills, artifices or compromises. Barbera is distilled for the production of a soft and delicate grappa and the distillation is the classic artisanal one with a discontinuous still which as a result gives harmony and great transparency. Furthermore, the use of copper boilers and a steam system guarantees full respect for traditional methods, capturing the true essence of this vine.
