Rossi

Monovarietal as regards indigenous wines such as Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo,
and in combination with other vines that act as a trait d'union: Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir.

Whites and Rosé wines

The nearby Liguria and its sea offer exhilarating aromas, an innate flavor and a great body to Cortese, its grape variety par excellence,
and other vines such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon.

It also makes the Nebbiolo rosé wines very interesting thanks to a terroir in some ways very similar to the neighboring Provencal from across the Alps.

Bubbles

In the homeland of the "Martinotti" Method
the bubbles could not be missing:
a selection of the best vines, Pinot Noir for Brut and Nebbiolo for Brut Rosé, carry this great name, pride of all of us Piedmontese.

Distillates

« Distilling is a meticulous art that allows you to extract and concentrate what is found in the raw material, the marc. The quality of a good grappa mainly depends on the requirements of the marc itself, which must be absolutely fresh and healthy . "
cit. Berta Distillerie

... and I entrust my pomace to Berta precisely because she will set each harvest at harvest time ...
